Jesus Freesus, a Christian Evangelistic Ministry

"Jesus Freesus" is a group of Christians doing evangelistic ministry in the form of a classic rock band. We perform in jail, prison, etc. which gathers a crowd of inmates, and we share the good news of forgiveness, salvation by God's grace, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Even the name of the band, "Jesus Freesus," is a message in itself. Indeed, Jesus saves us and sets us free!
In addition to performing in jail and prisons, Jesus Freesus also participates in other non-traditional contexts for evangelism.
The group is organized by Dr. Mike Story, D.Min., and Dr. Ray Crawford, Ph.D. Mike is the pastor of Community of Grace, a Southern Baptist church in Aurora, Colorado. Ray is a college administrator and a private practice Christian counselor. Mike and Ray are joined by other Christian friends, Larry, Chauncy, Michael, Jim, Randy, Patti, Duana, and Liana to make Jesus Freesus.
